Structure Optimization of UHV RIP Oil-SF6 bushings Based on Improved Equal Margin Design Method and Back-Propagation Neural Network

چکیده
Equal margin design method based on the classic analytic formula is widely used in development of extra-high voltage bushing products, and its effectiveness practicality have been fully validated. However, model temperature factors significant impact internal E-field distribution UHVAC UHVDC condenser, which traditional difficult to evaluate quantitatively, so it’s necessary improve equal method. Firstly, basic principles software package were briefly described, laws influencing condenser investigated FEM (finite element method) computing platform. Based these, mathematical improved for was established, flow chart optimization process combining electro-thermal coupling calculation with genetic algorithm presented. The applied UHV RIP oil-gas prototype realize uniform axial along partial discharge between adjacent foils. Bushing fabricated according above optimized structure, has passed all type tests. In paper, inner insulation make condenser’s more suitable. paper can provide some theoretical guidelines research other bushings level.
